Seething Akira – The Islander

Following the release of their debut album Sleepy Skeletor, crossover act Seething Akira release their first single from it, ‘The Islander’ – What’s more it comes with it also features the previously unreleased ‘This Is Our World‘ along with ‘The Islander Rabbit Junk Remix’.

Their hybrid of electronic synthesisers, guitars and Beastie Boys style vocals has found them supporting the likes of Skindred, Pop Will Eat Itself and Senser, and playing festivals like Bloodstock. Now, the band has signed to cult record label Armalyte Industries, who have released the new single, with it available on all digital platforms.

Band member Charlie Bowes said: Seething Akira are absolutely delighted to announce our signing to alternative label Armalyte Industries for our up and coming releases. These guys have a rich history in the crossover world, working with such acclaimed international artists as Cubanate, Ministry’s Chris Connelly, Front 242 side-project C-Tec and underground doom legends Concrete Lung.”
