“I’m Sorry” Malvada Claims

Female-led, Brazilian rock band Malvada will issue their self-titled album, on 13th June, via Frontiers Music Srl and ahead of that, out now, is their new single and accompanying video, ‘I’m Sorry’.

Commenting on the new album, the band said: “It is the result of two years of work, and we are very excited to show the world how much Malvada has grown. We believe it is the best work of our lives and everyone will like it, as it shows our real essence. You will have a real experience”.

While regarding the ‘I’m Sorry’ single, they added: “It is a song that reflects our reality, being in music means that sometimes we have to be away from people we love. It is a song we made for them. And it is very emotional for us”.

Formed in March 2020, during the beginning of the pandemic, Malvada is a band with a rock n’ roll style full of personality. Releasing their first single, ‘Mais Um Gole’, in January 2021, and their second sone in May with ‘Cada Escolha uma Renúncia’, and thereafter launched their debut album, A Noite Vai Ferver

From 2022 to 2023, Malvada performed more than a hundred shows in several cities across Brazil, and played huge festivals, such as Rock in Rio, Best of Blues and Rock, Angra Fest and Chama Rock.

In November 2023, Malvada – Featuring Indira Castillo (Vocals), Bruna Tsuruda (Guitar), Juliana Salgado (Drums), and Rafaela Reoli (Bass) – signed with Italian label Frontiers Records, and the band hopes that the new album opens doors to international success.

The new Malvada album will feature the following tracks: ‘Down The Walls’, ‘Yesterday (My End, My Beginning)’, ‘Veneno’, Fear’, ‘After’, ‘Como Se Fosse Hoje’, ‘Bulletproof’, ‘So Sweet’, ‘Aversão’, ‘I’m Sorry‘ and ‘Dead Like You’ – You can order the album here.

That last track was their previous single ‘Dead Like You’ and Malvada described it by saying: “’Dead Like You’ is heavy, modern and surprising. We hope you immerse yourself in the world of this song” – Well check out the video and let us know!
