Blind leading the blind with Celldweller

From Celldweller‘s anticipated fifth full-length studio album Satellites, out 14th October, is the extended album version of ‘Blind Lead The Blind’ released as a single with nearly three minutes of never before heard audio, including all new sections and lyrics.

Previous singles from the album have already accumulated 20 million streams across DSPs, with Celldweller reaching over 1 million global listeners each month. ‘Blind Lead The Blind’ blend influences from doom metal and drum & bass with vinyl scratching and djent guitars and aggressive vocals with pulsing synths and melodic hooks.

“We have all lived through difficult times over the last few years,” stated Klayton, on behalf of Celldweller. “When I decommissioned my Detroit studio to move to Los Angeles in 2018, I had no idea how rough the road ahead would be. The chaos in my life while simultaneously writing the new Celldweller album Satellites, resulted in the songs being darker, more aggressive, and the album taking longer to complete than I would have liked. Today I am happy to announce that the wait is over – you’ll be able to listen to Satellites in its entirety on October 14th.

Satellites will be available digitally and on CD formatsfrom FiXT. The album features eight tracks across soundscapes of metal and industrial, with aggressive EDM synths and heavy guitars with brutal, melodic, and infectious vocal hooks.

Satellites can be ordered here and you can check out the video for it right here at RAMzine.

Previous single, ‘Soul Parasites’ is also still available digitally on all platforms, and you can also check out the video for that here at RAMzine.
