Chrissie Hynde from The Pretenders has been added as a special guest to an all-star line-up taking place at the Royal Albert Hall on Thursday 7th December that will then be broadcast on Sky TV over the Christmas period.
It’s Christmas – Live From The Royal Albert Hall will see some of the biggest names in popular music lined up to perform their favourite Christmas hits, old and new. The show will be hosted by comedian, musical star and singer Jason Manford, and the musical director for the event is Ed Harcourt, who will lead his band, The Merry Pranksters. The Royal Albert Hall itself will be transformed into a rock ‘n’ roll winter wonderland, complete with snowflakes, Christmas trees and sparkles aplenty.
