It’s been way too long since we could enjoy a full year without obstacles. The best time of the year for music lovers is festival season, and 2022 looks like a classic year.
This includes ‘rock Christmas’ Download Festival which already boasts headliners KISS, Iron Maiden, and Biffy Clyro, as well as stellar names such as Deftones, Korn, Megadeth, Steel Panther, and many, many more.
If that wasn’t enough, more heavy hitters of the rock and metal world have been added to the 2022 bill. These include Welsh renowned ragga-rockers Skindred –
Following their show-stealing performance at Download Pilot last year, frontman Benji Webbe had this to say:
“Playing the Download pilot after being locked down for a year and a half was an amazing experience so being invited back to our favourite festival and spiritual home to play alongside the likes of KISS and Maiden is a dream come true. Plus we have some amazing rockin’ new tunes which we cannot wait for you all to hear.”
