The Devilry Of Ecstasy with Dynazty

Swedish melodic metal act Dynazty has released their latest single in ‘Devilry Of Ecstasy’, following in the wake of their Final Advent album.

Ever since their formation in 2008, Dynazty’s career may read like a fairy tale, but it’s the result of a hard-working, ambitious band. Countless tours all over Europe with acts alike Sabaton, Battle Beast and Pain, alongside an incredibly successful back catalogue of eight chart-breaking albums, millions of streams on digital platforms prove that Dynazty captures the zeitgeist of modern melodic metal

“We are extremely excited to finally return with new music and what will be the start of the next chapter of Dynazty, said vocalist Nils Molin. “‘Devilry Of Ecstasy’ will act as a 3.5 minute thrill-ride and prologue of what’s to come, serving a cautionary tale and reminder of an age old truth: Not all that glitters is gold. Beware the devilry of ecstasy!”

The single is out on digital streaming services here and you can check out the video here at RAMzine.

“Surprise! We are thrilled to give you one last taste of Final Advent‘The White‘!” Vocalist Nils Molin commented in their previous single. “‘The White‘, a third and final puzzle piece of a trilogy of songs concludes the journey we started with the release of ‘The Grey’ back in 2018. All inclusive with some of our crazier musicianship and performances, ‘The White’ sums up Dynazty when we let loose and enjoy the moment playing together.”

There are plenty of reasons why musicians succeed in getting the optimum out of their creative talent. In the case of Dynazty and their forthcoming, eighth studio album, Final Advent, the extra time forced upon them by the pandemic may have been one important factor, but it would be short-sighted to attribute their new material solely to the time they had to write, record and produce their new offering.

At the end of the day, Dynazty appear an ambitious band who have invested all their talent and experience, combined with a healthy dose of enthusiasm, ambition and tremendous compositional and musical expertise.

Fans have been patiently awaiting the band’s upcoming opus, but this summer, their wait is finally over. Final Advent has been announced for a release on 26th August, through AFM Records, and is said to mark the band’s “most cohesive, imaginative, complex and at the same time most homogeneous album to date.”

Previously, the Stockholm-based quintet released the singles ‘Natural Born Killer‘ and ‘Yours’ also taken from Final Advent– The latter “a dreamy and epic tale of lust and loss packed within a crescendo of musical arrangements and performances” allegedly, but you can check that out for yourselves via the official video for ‘Yours’ featured here at RAMzine – It was made by renowned video-producers Grupa13. “Call it a power ballad if you will, but to me it’s simply a powerful song, albeit in a slower and more dynamic way than most our stuff. One of my favourites!” said band vocalist Nils Molin.

Since their formation in 2007, Dynazty has played shows all over Europe, with a back catalogue of seven chart-breaking albums, and millions of streams on digital platforms prove.

Aside from Molin, the melodic metal band features Love Magnusson and Mikael Lavér on guitars, Jonathan Olsson on bass and Georg Härnsten Egg on drums.

Final Advent album was produced by the band themselves and can be pre-ordered here.

Tracks featured are: ‘Power Of Will’, ‘Advent’, ‘Natural Born Killer’, ‘Yours’, ‘All The Devils Are Here’, ‘The White’, ‘Instinct’, ‘Heart Of Darkness’, ‘Achilles Heel’ and ‘Power Of Now’.
