‘Part Of The Pack’ is the latest single from Godslave, and it’s taken from their new self-titled studio album that will out on 11th September through Metalville.
The song is dedicated to all those who’ve felt a bit different their whole lives. To those who never quite fitted in and wondered whether they belonged anywhere at all. The answer from the five lads from the Saarland in Germany is as simple as it is powerful: “We know how it feels. You’re not alone.”
At the end of the day, we’re all looking for the same thing: a place where we belong. A place where we’re part of the pack.
It follows in the wake of ‘Reset, Rebuilt, Reclaim’ also from the new album. A forceful statement against stagnation and excuses and a musically fierce kick up the backside for everyone who has long known what needs to be done but isn’t making any progress.
Godslave have gone through this very process themselves. After turbulent years, the five members are now drawing conclusions from everything they’ve learn and seeking to reclaim their position as arguably Germany’s most consistently positive thrash metal band.
