Following the release of their 2022 album, Silver & Black, Australian rock band Leadfinger has a new single out in ‘Find the Words’, available through Golden Robot Records.
The name Leadfinger was originally a nom de plume for the band’s songwriter and guitarist Stewart Cunningham and stems from a brotherly air rifle shooting incident when he was a teenager.
The band formed in 2006 and morphed into a twin guitar rock n’ roll band in 2008 with a four-piece line up that has remained unchanged since that time. They toured Europe in October 2017 and after an almost four-year break they returned to play live again in 2021 with plenty of new songs and enthusiasm.
Silver & Black was a follow-up to their 2016 album, Friday Night Heroes.
