Two years after charting across Europe with their Head Down album; Rival Sons are back with a highly anticipated follow-up, Great Western Valkyrie available from Earache Records this June.
The winners of Classic Rock magazine’s 2012 Breakthrough Artist, Great Western Valkyrie will be the Long Beach, California band’s fourth full-length album and word has it that it is “Packed full of irresistible hooks and instantly memorable riffs, and brimming with the raw energy and passion that have made the band one of the hottest acts around.” You can check out if that’s true for yourself by picking it up on vinyl, CD or digitally.
Released June 6th in Europe, June 9th in the UK and June 10th in USA, and available for pre-ordering right now, the vinyl edition comes in a deluxe gatefold sleeve with printed inner sleeves and a download code, with side D being etched with Rival Sons’ trademark wings artwork.
