SikTh are back with new EP and December Headline UK Tour!

That’s right guys no need to pinch yourself, what you have just read really is real. The seminal UK tech-metallers SikTh have returned and my god how they have been missed. After their triumphant reunion shows in 2014, the band have decided its time to kick ahead with a full UK Tour and a new EP.

Here is what guitarist Dan Weller had to say:

“We’ve always maintained that more music would emerge one day and for the first time in years it feels like now is the time. We had an amazing time travelling round the World last year. Having a chance to reconnect with our fans was very special for us”.

Vocalist Mikee W Goodman adds: “We did not realise our music had spread so far! I believe we have amongst the most passionate and energetic fans in the World. I am honoured to play to them. But what we have been asked most is about new music. My desire to make new SikTh music is as strong as it’s ever been. I can’t wait to get started!”

This will be the first new music to come from the band since the imperious Death of a Dead Day album, which was the mighty follow up to the scene shattering The Trees Are Dear & Dried Out Wait For Something Wild. If you have not heard either of these albums then stop what you’re doing RIGHT NOW and sort your life out. SikTh are one of the finest bands the UK has ever produced.

Recording starts this summer with a November release date penned, it will also be the first time SikTh will make a record without the assistance of a record label. So, if you are waiting to experience the mighty SikTh what are you waiting for, dig deep into your purse and get on one of the following dates this December!

Easy All, my life essence is fueled by music of the quality kind, be it any form of metal, pop, prog, classical even a little hippity hop. I give all music a fair listen. Outside of music my other love's are films, graphic novels, gaming, my kitties and last but not least JD!! If there is a beastly gig on you will most likely find me in the pit (my general life motto also) \m/
