Silveroller Announce September UK Tour

Hi-energy rock n’ roll performed with heart and soul, played tight but loose, with the kind of swagger you rarely hear anymore, that’s Silveroller’s modus operandi and you can check out the band via their new EP, At Dawn, out now, ahead of a UK tour planned for September.

Featuring Jonnie Hodson (Vocals) Aaron Keylock (Guitar), Joe Major (Drums), Ross Munro (Organ) and Jake James Cornes( Bass), Silveroller said: “We’re so proud to present our debut record to the world. For one reason or another, this collection of songs hasn’t been easy to get out to you, like many bands before us, a lot has stood in the way. But now, without restraints, we’re glad that you’re finally able to hear them.

“We hope you dig what you hear, and that you come with us on the ride! We wanted to record a snap shot of who we were at the time we went into the studio and we can’t wait to get out on the road and play these songs live. With love, Silveroller.”

Apparently, “the future is bright and it’s patchouli-scented”. Fans of The Black Crowes, Bad Company, The Faces and The Rolling Stones will want keep their eyes peeled and ears open, for Silveroller. On At Dawn, their songs are said to act as a rallying call for those that believe that the most important thing in life is the freedom to be free, with subtle undertones of protest songs from days gone by.

Having caused a stir on the latest run of dates supporting DeWolff, they now take the step up to headline, with Hodson commenting: “After the success of our run with DeWolff, we wanted to get back out on the road and celebrate an incredible first year of touring! Can’t wait to get back out there and continue what we’ve started”

In the meantime, At Dawn can be ordered both here and here.
