Soul Protocol make their debut with single ‘We Never Know’, out now. It’s a heavy industrial metal track built on harsh vocals, mechanical rhythm and a dark, direct atmosphere, and it’s the first signal from their upcoming EP Operational State.
It gives us Rammstein vibes but rougher around the edges, and we’re loving the industrial sound. We’ve not heard any in a while and we need that 90s nostalgia. The band say the track combines heavy industrial metal, aggressive vocals, cold mechanical rhythm and a direct, unsettling atmosphere, dealing with uncertainty, control and the fragile line between evolution and revolution. It introduces the core sound and concept of Soul Protocol, with the focus on the music, the visual identity and the world behind the upcoming EP.
With the EP still to come, we’re looking forward to hearing more.
