Hellfest in France – A metal festival not to be missed!

Summer is coming, and the metal festival season starts once again with the magnificent Hellfest. The festival, located in Clisson, has grown in recent years not only in the European metal scene but also at global level, improving each year its organisation and logistics (we’re still impressed with last year’s bathrooms and with the wristband payment system). Even if bands are still the most important thing at the end of the day, it allows you to choose your own adventure.

Expect all kind of metalheads: Die hard fans of even the most unknown bands, excited to see them reunited or playing a special set-list never seen before – True marathon runners willing to watch dozens of concerts from one stage to another and thus optimising the money invested – And of course those who go year after year regardless of the bands just to spend the best days of their holidays.

In the last edition they created a great hype, and expectation reached top levels when Joey Di Maio himself announced that we will have Manowar among great shows such as Carcass and Slayer’s farewell tour, but the news has only got better since then – the show and the scenery of KISS, the classic themes of ZZ Top or Lynyrd Skynyrd, and the long-expected Tool reunion are events that will improve an already spectacular experience.

Not to be missed: The return of King Diamond, a 100% THRASH metal stage, Phil Anselmo doing PANTERA covers, Hank Von Hell recovering the Turbonegro spirit, French wine, fun, holidays… HELLFEST !!
