The Struts reveal new track ‘Body Talk’ – New Music Mondays

After their triumphant appearance at the recent Download festival, acclaimed British rockers The Struts have released their new track, ‘Body Talk,’ taken from their highly anticipated, upcoming second album.

The release comes ahead of two UK headlining shows, at London’s Koko on June 19th and Manchester’s Gorilla the following night, where fans will get to hear even more new material, as well as witnessing a band who’re rapidly establishing themselves as one of the best ‘live’ acts around.

Lead vocalist and front-man Luke Spiller says:

it’s a fully charged, blues rock anthem which’ll have you moving straight onto the dance floor. It’s complete with some of the best guitar riffs of the past ten years and, guess what ? This is only the beginning.”

Currently leading the way for British rock bands in the USA, they’ve already appeared on bills featuring The Stones, The Who, The Killers and Guns ‘n Roses, as well as completing a sold-out, star-studded four night residency at the iconic Sunset Strip venue, The Roxy, where they were joined onstage by several special guests, including Tommy Lee (Motley Crue), Matt Sorum (Guns ‘N Roses) and Chad Smith (Red Hot Chilli Peppers). In July they’ll be heading out on the road again and, for the second time, with the Foo Fighters for the second leg of their ‘Concrete and Gold tour.’

Check the track out below:

Fronted by Luke Spiller, with guitarist Adam Slack, bassist Jed Elliott and drummer Gethin Davies, The Struts are not to be missed as they bring their brand of glam showmanship and reckless swagger to modern rock ‘n roll across the globe.
