Be among the first to experience Bloodstock’s Winter Gathering this December! This exciting new one-day addition to the premier heavy metal summer festival is scheduled for launch on 6th December 2025. The event will take place at the iconic KK’s Steelmill in Wolverhampton.
Bloodstock is excited to announce that the main stage will showcase the legendary doom metal band Candlemass. Celebrating their remarkable 40th anniversary, the five-piece continues to captivate audiences around the globe. Don’t miss out on their eagerly awaited Black Star EP, set for release in May 2025. Candlemass are proud to be a part of the Bloodstock Winter Gathering, stating, “We have always felt welcome on British soil and we’re excited to be there once again and deliver our special brand of Swedish doom metal! See ya all soon… Love you!!!”
Joining Candlemass are some exceptional guests: British thrashers Venom Inc (performing Ave in its entirety for the very first time!), alongside comedic extreme metallers Raised By Owls, Scottish speedsters Hellripper, thrashcore stalwarts Tortured Demon, and Welsh powerhouses King Kraken.
In addition, Bloodstock’s Winter Gathering will feature a second stage brimming with musical treasures. Headlining this stage are theatrical rockers Red Method, dynamic metalcore outfit Thuum, and Mancunian thrash group Hellbearer. Attendees can also look forward to artist signing sessions, DJ sets, and more announcements coming soon!
