Following Irish chart success and extensive international touring with former Queensrÿche frontman Geoff Tate, Ogma have released their first official video for debut single ‘Enslaved’.
Formed by DJ O’Sullivan (XIII Doors), James Brown (Mark Daly & The Ravens) and Jimmy Wynen (Darker Half), the musicians first connected while touring and working alongside Geoff Tate, and have since been joined by drummer Colin Fracknall (Today Is The Day). The result is a band combining decades of international experience with a fresh creative vision rooted in classic hard rock, metal and melodic songwriting.
When released earlier this year, ‘Enslaved’ reached #1 on the Irish iTunes Rock Chart and made an impact on both sides of the Atlantic. With an ambitious touring schedule continuing throughout the year, Ogma look set to get even more heads banging. As Tony O’Hora (Praying Mantis, Sweet) noted: “They are an incredible rock band from Ireland. If you get a chance to see them, do not miss them!”
