FiXT Radium: Planet-X is a compilation album that gathers an eclectic array of artists from various genres in the heavy music spectrum. With a focus on alt-metal, metalcore, electro-industrial, nu-metal, and rock, the album is said to be a sonic journey including intense metalcore anthems, introspective emo-rock fusions, cyberpunk-infused tracks, and industrial masterpieces.
It features a line0up of 28 artists, including Celldweller, Becko, Nitroverts, Andromida, Fight The Fade, TANUS and Rabbit Junk with songs about defiance, self-discovery, questioning the human experience, or reflecting on a dystopian future.
A remake of Soul Extract‘s ‘Superheroes’ featuring intense vocal contributions from Celldweller and Antonio The Great of Discrepancies is featured, and you can check out the video for it here at RAMzine.
“This redux of ‘Superheroes’ has got it all!” Soul Extract commented. “Antonio the Great’s powerful lyrics that dig up that lost hero inside of you even more, Celldweller‘s superb synth modulations, intense vocals, and production overhaul all brought a new energy I didn’t know was possible! To have these talented artists share a piece of themselves on this track is something truly incredible and I can’t imagine this new edition of ‘Superheroes’ turning out better. Thanks to all!!”
