Royal Blood announce new album Dead Company

Royal Blood have announced their long-awaited fifth studio album Dead Company, out via Warner Records on 13th November, and shared an explosive new single ‘Ten Over Ten’.

The record marks a powerful new chapter for the duo, who last released an album in 2023. After a period away from the spotlight, Mike Kerr and Ben Thatcher entered the studio in 2025 with no deadline, no distractions and a simple ambition: to see what was possible with two people, twelve notes and infinite outcomes.

Self-produced by the pair, Dead Company strips everything back to its core. Immediate and uncompromising, it is built to capture Royal Blood at their most powerful.

“After putting the Royal Blood engine in neutral for a couple of years, we’ve been building up the revs and are playing faster and harder than ever with this album,” the band say. “Written and recorded with the stage in mind, we cannot wait to play it live for years to come.”

First single ‘Ten Over Ten’ is a menacing desert rock meets Motörhead behemoth, its lyrics inspired by frontman Kerr training for a marathon, all endurance and pushing yourself.

Since emerging twelve years ago with one of the fastest-selling rock debuts of the century, Royal Blood have made quite the impact. Each of their four albums has hit Number One in the UK, shifting over a million records and turning them into an arena-filling, festival-headlining force, and forerunners of the guitar rock revival.

The album announcement follows three sold-out intimate underplay shows:

24th Aug, Dreamland, Margate
25th Aug, G Live, Guildford
27th Aug, Guildhall, Southampton

Ultimately Dead Company is a bold ten-track album, and on this evidence we reckon it finds Royal Blood returning louder, sharper and more vital than ever.
