Seraina Telli & Clémentine Delauney Are Not Sorry

Since leaving Burning Witches, Seraina Telli has forged a successful solo career, with a #1 album in the bag and her new full length player, Black ‘N’ White Sessions, due on 6th December. Just ahead of that is her latest single, taken from the long player, ‘I’m Not Sorry’.

This unplugged acoustic version of the Swiss songstress’ hit song, sees her teaming up with Clémentine Delauney from Visions Of Atlantis in a duet, and word has it that “this unplugged version absolutely holds a candle to the original”. With the current and important message and the reduced instrumental backing, the two exceptional voices Telli and Delauney create an intimate and captivating interpretation of the song.

You can check out the video to it here at RAMzine.

Black ‘N’ White Sessions will show where Telli’s musical roots lie: she has reduced her music to the essentials and almost completely freed herself from electricity. Apparently, she has always sung, written songs in her head and had an acoustic guitar in the boot of her car for emergencies, and that’s just what you’ll get on the record due.

After her #1 album Addicted To Colour, the artist presents herself in a completely new light. It showcases Telli’’s talent and the songs from her first two albums without any harsh and heavy-sounding instruments in the background.

The album was produced in early 2024 by Rico Horber and Seraina Telli herself. For the songs on the second CD of the double album, she was supported by a number of great musicians, such as Anna Murphy (ex-Eluveitie, Cellar Darling), rock legend Lee Aaron, Chris Boltendahl (Grave Digger), Clementine Delauney (Visions Of Atlantis) and many other well-known artists. Together they created what are said to be “captivating and emotional duet versions of the songs”.

Seraina and Rico Horber had had the idea for the Black ‘N’ White Sessions for some time, as they wanted to show the world the intimate and vulnerable side of the otherwise hard-rocking woman.

And from black to white, there is no lack of colour here. On the contrary, there is even more to discover between the shades.

CD1 features the following tracks:Black ‘N’ White’, ‘Addicted To Color’, ‘Wish You Well’, ‘I’m Not Sorry’, ‘Not One Of Your Kind’, ‘Left Behind’, ‘Dreamer’, ‘Song For The Girls’, ‘Remedy’, ‘Harder Way’, ‘Medusa’, ‘Hit Shit’, ‘Take Care’, ‘Think!’ and ‘My Way’.

CD2’s duets are: Black ‘N’ White’ featuring Anna Murphy (Eluveitie, Cellar Darling), ‘Addicted To Color’ featuring Britta Görtz (HiRaes), ‘Wish You Well’ featuring Chris Boltendahl (Grave Digger), ‘I’m Not Sorry’ featuring Clementine Delauney (Visions Of Atlantis), ‘Not One Of Your Kind’ featuring Deer Park Avenue, ‘Left Behind’ featuring Rapture Boy, ‘Dreamer’ featuring Kärbholz, ‘Song For The Girls’ featuring Lee Aaron, ‘Remedy’ featuring Marc Amacher, ‘Harder Way’ featuring Alexander ‘Lex’ Wohnhaas (Megaherz), ‘Medusa’ featuring Calico Cooper, ‘Hit Shit’ featuring Violet Greens and One Man Rocks and ‘Take Care’ featuring Tete Novoa (Saratoga).

Seraina Telli has been performing live as special guest of Visions Of Atlantis across Europe and that included UK dates in October. More European dates supporting Nazareth have taken place, and she finishes the year in festive fashion with her own X-Mas Tour Unplugged.
