The 355s Jig A Jig Out!

With up tempo rocker ‘Jig A Jig Out’ having entered the Official Singles Charts, The 355’s release their EP, of the samename today, on Flip Flop Records.

It’s the band’s their first EP and was recorded at the iconic Rockfield Studios in Wales and produced by Britpop legend Nick Brine (Oasis, Stone Roses, Ash etc).

For those unaware of the band you are told to imagine “The Gallagher brothers in the studio alongside The Black Keys and The White Stripes”.

The 355’s feature Adam Thompsett (Vocals, guitar), Craig Lockwood (Vocals, guitar, keyboards), Bert Hammond (Bass) and Mike Fitchie (Drums, and apparently the Arse Trembler 3000). A mutual love for 90s guitar driven bangers and Northern Soul grooves, brought them together – Loud guitars, big melodies and classic song-writing is their thing.

They will support Nigel Clark of Dodgy fame, alongside Japanese brothers Sahaji at London’s infamous Water Rats for a sold-out show in January 2024, and have festival dates booked for the summer.

Jig A Jig Out’ is available digitally and you can check out the video here at RAMzine now. Their EP can be ordered here.
