The 355s release up tempo rocker and ‘Jig A Jig Out’ on 24th November, the single will be available on Flip Flop Records, and followed by a new EP out 15th December.
It will be the band’s their first EP and was recorded at the iconic Rockfield Studios in Wales and produced by Britpop legend Nick Brine (Oasis, Stone Roses, Ash etc).
Those unaware of the band we are told to imagine “The Gallagher brothers in the studio alongside The Black Keys and The White Stripes”.
The 355’s feature Adam Thompsett (Vocals, guitar), Craig Lockwood (Vocals, guitar, keyboards), Bert Hammond (Bass) and Mike Fitchie (Drums, and apparently the Arse Trembler 3000). A mutual love for 90s guitar driven bangers and Northern Soul grooves, brought them together – Loud guitars, big melodies and classic song-writing is their thing.
They will support Nigel Clark of Dodgy fame, alongside Japanese brothers Sahaji at London’s infamous Water Rats for a sold-out show in January 2024, and have festival dates booked for the summer.
‘Jig A Jig Out’ will be available digitally and you can check out the video here at RAMzine now. Their EP can be pre-ordered here.
