The Browning’s Omni

The Browning’s upcoming album Omni will be available digitally, on CD and vinyl from 8th November from FiXT, and ahead of that is new single and video new video for ‘Misery.exe‘ featuring Nik Nocturnal, out now.

Metal guitarist and YouTube sensation Nik Nocturnal helps deliver the high-octane fusion of crushing guitars on this ominous vibe track with and cyberpunk undertones. Deathcore, metalcore, and industrial elements are all present.

Available digitally here check out the video to it here at RAMzine.

It follows the title track ‘Omni’, that came out as a single featuring The Defect. The Browning‘s Jonny McBee’s brutal vocals collide with The Defect‘s Moon’s sultry and ethereal tones for a vicious dichotic maelstrom on the new single. Fuelled by a surge of disillusionment and anger, the album is said to challenge the pervasive deceit and manipulation that has plagued our world.

“The powers that be are brainwashing and manipulating the masses into hating each other while poisoning themselves,” said The Browning.”I normally would never talk about any of this stuff because I’m good at ignoring things and focusing on my goals and my family, but their over reach and manipulation has been way too blatant and evil to ignore the past few years so now I’m mad about it and I can’t hold my tongue.”

Short but brutal, the ‘Soul Drift‘ single was released recently too and begins where their the album’s title track leaves off, with a seamless continuation while introducing heavy, thrashing guitars that merge with relentless vocal intensity, showcasing a side of the band, it’s claimed “fans have never seen before”, slowing down to deliver a more nuanced, contemplative piece.

You can purchase/stream the singles here and check out the videos right here at RAMzine.

Omni is a visceral journey through the depths of deathcore, featuring ten  tracks, including collaborations with Nik Nocturnal and The Defect. The album showcases some of The Browning‘s heaviest songs yet, like ‘Hivemind’” and ‘Poison’, that together have amassed over 2.5 million streams across all digital platforms.
