The Coping Method go Underground

Continuing their deep dive into the depths of the human experience, Coping Method returns with ‘Underground‘, an emotional roller coaster filtered through a distinctively Metal lens, from the alternative, metalcore, metal, and rock trio.

‘Underground’ is said to unleashe a fierce embodiment of aggression, defiance, strength, turbulence, and yearning through a fusion of a captivating yet brutal vocal performance featuring thought provoking lyrics. Thrashing guitars, layered into thunderous percussion, and electronic elements round out the musical cast.

You can purchase/stream the single by clicking here via FiXT and check out the video here at RAMzine

It follows previous single ‘Hypomania’: Brutal from the start with hard core industrial guitar riffs clash and turbulent rhythms, distorted synthesizers and a brutal vocal performance, you can also check out the video here at RAMzine.

Alongside this came the rerelease of two previous singles from the band, ‘Trauma’ and ‘Vice Grip’ each following the idea of bringing awareness for mental health issues, social issues, and other causes they band believes in.

“I’m super excited to be working with Coping Method on their upcoming album,” said FiXT A & R guy Dave Hansen. “They have an extremely unique sound that I feel is really pushing the boundaries of modern metal/electronic music. This is what FiXT is all about!

“They aren’t just a metal band with a few synths laid subtly under their guitars. These guys are really infusing electronics into their songs in a way that not many bands are doing. Couple that with extremely aggressive vocals, and catchy melodies like they have – and you’ve got something insanely special. I also genuinely appreciate their passion and storytelling in regards to mental health!”

The record company previously rereleased SURVIVE: Unit 01 EPthe group’s four track EP originally released in 2022 and featuring four rock singles.
