The Ruby Tuesdays Feel So Good

Blackburn’s alt-rock quartet The Ruby Tuesdays are a rapidly growing force in the scene, having ripped up their hometown of Blackburn their fan base is becoming nationwide. Their live shows are full of energy, grit and raw power proven by countless sold out shows they’ve had up and down the country.

The Ruby Tuesdays‘ second release under the Golden Robot Records umbrella ‘Feel So Good‘ is out now – The track starts out with blistering guitars and a strong rock undertone before the drums swoop in to elevate it to the next level.

You can stream/buy the single here and check out the video here at RAMzine.

The Ruby Tuesdays’ previous single for the label was ‘She’s Got You’ – A blistering fever of gritty instrumentation and vocal arrangements. The track is the band’s satirical take on a typical love song, turning it on its head and dissecting the grittier aspects of relationships. Lyrically laying bare the tantalising frustrations that can become apparent during one’s time with another. ‘She’s Got You’ is the epitome of what makes heavy hitting rock music a fusion of past and present influences to create a rock anthem. She’s Got You’ is available here.

The band’s actual independent debut single ‘Who You Running From’ reached over 20,000 streams within the first week of its release, and was played across the UK in Fred Perry stores, and named by Reyt Good Magazine as “The single that will make you fall head over heels” for them.

Following this, the band’s sophomore single ‘Rivers of Gold’ landed at No.5 on the UK’s official vinyl singles chart and was debuted on ITV’s Granada Reports alongside a live performance and interview with the band. All of this done completely independently, without the help of a label or management.
