IDestroy – The Riot Grrrls are in town!

Bristolian three-piece IDestroy are ready to rip up the bars this summer with their latest single and music video ‘G.O.D‘ – a catchy, punchy track that represents everything about them perfectly.

Their debut album We Are Girls released earlier this year has a vibrant and girl-powered vibe that will please fans of punk, grunge, indie rock and pop. ‘G.O.D’s release is the refreshing driving force of the band to keep us all hanging on for more or to get a taste for IDestroy and seek out the rest.

The video is a simple yet effective work of art that catapults us back to the 90s with a hazy pink setting and a heavy focus on the three ladies in the band plus the “perfect” model to which the satirical song is relevant to. The song relates to the unrealistic beauty standards and egos influenced by social media that effects us all in this day and age. It’s a big middle finger to being fake! If you like a fun, angry female vocal with chugging chords, hammer in the throat bass line, thrashing drums and plenty of fuzzy riffs- IDestroy is for you.

IDestroy formed back in 2015 and have began their world domination mission all over the place with over 300 gigs worldwide and sell out shows in places such as South Korea, Germany and every inch of the UK. Catch them in the flesh this summer, grab a pint and get ready to rock out for G.O.D!
