HRH AOR Festival recently announced acts for the festival that will take place March 2016.
HRH AOR HQ have said “After some quality fan feedback HRH AOR 4 has taken a wide spread line up of Heritage bands, legends n Melodic Icons to form what should be the best and fastest selling HRH AOR to date”.
First announced is Quiet Riot – a Heavy Metal band who started way back in ’73 by guitarist Randy Rhoads who also played for Ozzy Osbourne. Quite a few line-up changes and many years later they find themsleves playing HRH AOR Festival. They have been described as the first heavy metal band to top the pop charts, the Los Angeles as they became an overnight sensation thanks to their ’83 album Metal Health.
Joining this incredible top frame we bring in the unquestionable talents of Rainbow and Deep Purple frontman Joe Lynn Turner, expect anthem after anthem plus a multitude of surprises.
Back by popular fan demand, are NYC rockers Tyketto. Gilby Clarke American guitarist and record producer best known for a 3-year tenure as the rhythm guitarist of Guns N’ Roses has also been added to the bill!
If that wasn’t enough and after three years of trying to get him to play HRH, organizers have managed to get Dan Reid Network into HRH AOR.
Russ Ballard will also be there for a one-off performance! With a song writing career that digs deep into the hits by Kiss, Rainbow, Santana, Roger Daltrey, Uriah Heep, Nightranger to name a few!
They’re on a roll worldwide just now and smashed out three albums in the last three years taking them back to the premier league, so it’s with great pleasure we welcome in as special guests, the unmistakable talents of The Quireboys.
HRH AOR will also have a sister stage in action HRH Sleaze, so just to get it rolling, we welcome in another must see show from Finnish rockers, Reckless Love. RL will be joined by Swedish nutters Marvel.
HRH AOR 4 and HRH Sleaze will be held at Camp HRH, Pwllheli, North Wales on 10th / 13th March 2106 and already they are down to the last 42 rooms.
