June 2024, London welcomed the debut of Ghost’s new movie, ‘Rite Here Rite Now.’ This enthralling story delves into themes of life and spectacle, spotlighting the remarkable Tobias Forge, also known as Papa Emeritus IV – Who could be compared to a gothic rendition of The Greatest Showman.
The live elements of the movie are robust and become even more impressive on the big screen; you get to see multiple angles that your eyes might miss during an actual performance. This was confirmed by Director Alex Ross Perry and Tobias Forge at the premiere where they mentioned that every small detail and nuance is now visible. The incredible cinematic sound enhances the enjoyment of watching this movie, making it feel like you’re right there with the band.
‘Rite Here Rite Now’ will have its global cinema release over four days: June 20th, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd (tickets are on sale here).
‘Rite Here Rite Now’: The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack is set for a global release on July 26 through Loma Vista Recordings. This 18-track album perfectly accompanies Ghost’s inaugural feature film, marking the band’s first venture into original soundtracks.
