Metalcore virtuosos Architects have released remixes of ‘Broken Mirror’ and ‘Everything Ends’, reworked by band co-founder and drummer Daniel Joseph Searle.
This is a remix RAMzine can get behind. The ‘Broken Mirror’ rework keeps enough of Sam Carter’s lead vocals that you can still tell it’s them, while being pleasant to listen to with an urgency that pulls you through. ‘Everything Ends’ also has our full support. It’s nice on the ears, has a progressive feeling to it and the vocals are on point, giving lo-fi with more vibes.
Fans have been waiting for these official remixes since hearing ‘Everything Ends’ as the post-show exit song during Architects’ 2025 tours, with teasers of ‘Broken Mirror’ popping up across socials. The reworks flip the chart-topping originals into luminous versions that signal a shift towards heavier momentum and a refreshed creative pulse. An exclusive 7-inch vinyl featuring both tracks is available to pre-order now.
The remixes follow Architects’ triumphant eleventh album The Sky, The Earth & All Between, released last February. The album earned a number 23 spot on the Billboard Rock Albums chart, while ‘Everything Ends’ hit number one on the Mediabase Active Rock charts.
UK fans have a busy year ahead with Architects. They’ll appear at Download Festival in June before joining Korn for a massive UK and European arena tour this autumn, hitting Leeds First Direct Arena (October 26), Birmingham Utilita Arena (October 28), Newcastle Utilita Arena (October 30), Manchester AO Arena (October 31), Dublin 3Arena (November 2) and London’s The O2 (November 4).
Both remixes are available to stream now.
