German rock upstarts Bird’s View release their second studio album House of Commando via Drakkar Entertainment on 20th September.
Mastered by Howie Weinberg (Nirvana, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Smashing Pumpkins), their latest single ‘Came Along‘ is out now.
“‘Came Along’ is our hymn for people not feeling connected to any group”, Bird’s View commented. “The song captures disconnection and the struggle to socialize in any kind of way – the struggle of finding affiliation and the problem of zoning out in conversations or any kind of interactions and finally finding someone where it’s different but you can’t understand why or how.”
Out now on all digital streaming services here you can check out the video here at RAMzine.
Since debut album, Red Light Habits (released in the Spring of 2023), their path has been one of forward momentum. Live, Bird’s View have toued alongside Soulfly, Skid Row and Dirty Honey, and been labelled as “one of the best young rock bands in Germany”.
Bird’s View arein their early twenties, the young band quickly developing a sound that combines the authenticity of punk with the melody of alternative rock. Since their formation in 2019 by founding member Niko Huber – son of Nik Huber, owner of world renowned boutique company Nik Huber Guitars, their course and goal has been clear: Straight forward with music balanced somewhere between Queens of the Stone Age, Soundgarden and Refused.
Previously, the band released the high-voltage ‘Pin Drop’ as a single and it’s still available here. The video features behind the scene and energetic live footage.
