Munich rockers Blackout Problems have announced their HEAL UK and European headline tour for spring 2027, including three UK shows in March. The tour runs around the release of their fifth studio album, HEAL, out on 9 April via Munich Warehouse.
Frontman Mario Radetzky said: “We’re finally coming back on tour and we’ll play a few countries we have missed a lot. The new songs need to be on stage very soon… The energy was insane at the last headline shows and we can’t wait to get back out to do it again.”
HEAL covers a period when both the band’s personal lives and the world around them gave Radetzky, Marcus Schwarzbach and Moritz Hammrich every reason to lose hope. The result, the band say, is surprisingly bright.
“HEAL is like a fresh breeze. Which is funny, because it was written during a pretty dark period,” Radetzky explained. “Once we closed the studio door, the music that filled the room was optimistic, almost a counterpoint to everything that was happening outside.”
Four albums in eight years and a growing fanbase outside Germany make Blackout Problems one of Europe’s most quietly impressive rock success stories. Intimate rooms like the Oslo and Deaf Lodge are the place to catch them before the venues get bigger.
