Catch The Silvertrain with Leadfeather

British hard rock band Leadfeather send ‘Troubled Man‘ your way on 25th September, the first of several imminent releases from the group.

A new EP, Catch The Silvertrain, follows on 23rd October. Then on 5th December an exclusive release, Super Deluxe, collects both Catch The Silvertrain and previous EP Roll The Dice on vinyl.

Of the single, the band say: “‘Troubled Man’ is the bluesiest yet heaviest track on the EP, alternating psychedelic and desert-sounding verses with heavy choruses that recall a ball and chain hammering rhythm.”

It follows ‘The Answer‘, of which they said: “‘The Answer’ is a sonic trip into 70s heavy rock, spanning acoustic guitars and sore vocals to explosive, cutting-edge choruses, adding sonic details like cinematic western percussion, deep keys and heart-shaking, southern-influenced lines.”

Formed in 2024 by guitarist and songwriter Simon Hurts, and also featuring Apostolos L (lead vocals), Tom Willmott (bass) and Thanos (drums), Leadfeather drew a strong reception to their debut EP Roll The Dice. A heavier, darker and more cinematic new chapter is promised on Catch The Silvertrain, pushing the band further into modern hard rock territory while keeping the emotional intensity and analog spirit that defined their debut.

A six-track EP, Catch The Silvertrain explores obsession, emotional collapse, ambition, escape and redemption. Built around five explosive rock tracks and one emotionally charged ballad, it was created with a strong visual identity and a focus on authentic energy, designed to connect equally with modern alternative rock listeners and classic hard rock audiences.

5th December 2026, Leo’s Red Lion, Gravesend
20th March 2027, Rochester Rocks, Casino Room Events Venue, Rochester
