Fight The Fade… Losing Time

Fight The Fade has released new single ‘Losing Time’ alongside an official music video, ahead of deluxe edition release of their smash-hit album Apophysitis.

The fierce new single features Fight The Fade‘s signature combative vocal performance, and introspective lyrics, coupled with heavy guitars, steady rhythms, and synthesizers that showcase a raw and brutal search for truth inside an aggressive soundscape.

“‘Losing Time’ is a song inspired by some health problems some of my family members have been struggling with,” explained a member of the band. “There’s this frustration you might feel that you’re stuck. Whether it’s a chronic illness, a relationship, or something else beyond your control, you can feel like you’re losing yourself, and that’s a nightmare.”

The Apophysitis Deluxe Edition set will include all fourteen of the original tracks and their instrumentals, plus the brand-new single ‘Losing Time’, an acoustic version of ‘Composure’, plus live versions of ‘Matter Of Time’, ‘Cut & Run’, and ‘Old Wounds’.

Apophysitis has really been a ride for us,” said Fight The Fade of the original edition. “All of us have been going through various stages of life, but they’ve all been a season of growth, and I think you can hear that growth on this record. Sometimes that growth is painful, and sometimes it’s a matter of perspective. Our hope is that no matter what season you find yourself in, even if it’s painful, that you continue to grow.”

Already establishing themselves as a powerful rock/alt-metal force with over 350,000 global monthly listeners, tracks from Apophysitis has already amassed over 5,000,000 streams on Spotify.

‘Losing Time’ is out now on all platforms from FiXT here and you can check out the video here at RAMzine.
