A fixture on Hollywood’s Sunset Strip since his edgy street rock band Love/Hate released their debut album Blackout In The Red Room back in 1990, frontman Jizzy Pearl has signed a new record deal with Golden Robot Records.
Live tour dates this year have found Jizzy Pearl’s Love/Hate celebrating the 30th anniversary of that iconic album in full. An album that received Best Record of the Year honours from Kerrang! and Metal Hammer when it first came out, in addition to being a fan and critics favourite.
Developing a strong cult following, their second record Wasted In America followed in 1992, and the band hit the road with the likes of Skid Row, Dio, AC/DC and Ozzy Osbourne.
Since then Pearl has himself played, recorded and toured with artists like Ratt and L.A. Guns, with former Guns N’ Roses drummer Steven Adler in Adler’s Appetite, whilst currently fronting the legendary Quiet Riot. The singer has also released several solo albums, the most recent being 2018’s All You Need Is Soul on Frontiers Records.
