Swedish female rock band Thundermother return with new single ‘Speaking Of The Devil’.
Founding member and guitarist, Filippa Nässil commented: “The new single is written by Linnéa and me, recorded live in Medley Studios with our long time great producer Søren Andersen. It’s a very bad ass song that we’re all proud of. I can’t wait to play this live on our upcoming tour, 15 Years Of Rock, starting in Sweden now in February.”
Guitarist Filippa Nässil laid the foundations for Thundermother in late 2009. Ther have been several lineup changes since, while gaining European top chart positions for their most recent albums, while also receiving the Gaffa Award in 2020 as Sweden’s best Hard Rock act in 2020 and the European double silver Impala Award.
The ‘Speaking Of The Devil’ single is out now on all digital services here and you can check out the video right here at RAMzine.
It follows last year’s I Left My License In The Future’, featuring the band’s attention-getting line-up change. Where they commented: “With this first single from the new line-up, we would like to give the fans a hard hitting no-brainer track aimed at the one in the passenger seat without a driver’s license. An anthem for those of us who never gets to be the designated driver and a love letter to the ones in the driver’s seat. Cheers and let’s party!”
That track was also produced by Soren Andersen (Pretty Maids, D-A-D, Glenn Hughes, Mike Tramp etc). Available digitally here, and you can check out the music video for ‘I Left My License In The Future’ here at RAMzine.
