The highly anticipated Download Festival is almost here and has already sold out for its 20th anniversary celebration. The festival’s District X lineup has been revealed, featuring secret band sets, live podcasts, late night DJ performances, and a comedy line-up on Wednesday night. This year’s four-day event will be packed with entertainment and take place from June 8-11, 2023 at Donington Park. Headliners Bring Me The Horizon, Slipknot and Metallica will each perform two headline sets without repeating songs. Although tickets are sold out, more information can be found at www.downloadfestival.co.uk.
District X promises to surpass previous years with an exceptional line-up of secret band sets to be announced on the day of the festival. Live podcasts and DJ performances by renowned artists such as The Blackout, Wargasm, Zoe London, Nova Twins, On Wednesdays We Wear Black, Daniel P Carter and Alyx Holcombe will also grace the stage this year. Get Your Rocks Off will kick off festivities on Wednesday night in Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame style before UK club nights Uprawr, Facedown, and Girl Power keep the party going throughout the weekend.
Matt Stocks, the host of Life In The Stocks, has a special surprise for District X attendees this year. He will be joined onstage by none other than Matthew Pritchard from Dirty Sanchez as his guest. This is definitely going to be an entertaining event that you won’t want to miss!
