Brazilian female-led rock band Malvada have a new single and official video out in ‘Aventura Favorita’ via Frontiers Music Srl.
“‘Aventura Favorita’ is about finding someone who makes the world seem bigger and somehow still feels like home,” said the band.
It follows on from previous single ‘RNR’, about which the band said: “The single is a reminder of the presence of women in rock n’ roll, whether as artists, singers, or songwriters,” adding, “And about our influence within this space, highlighting and showing the importance of each one of us in the creation of music.”
Formed during the Covid pandemic in March 2020, the band quickly attracted attention as one of the most promising acts in the Brazilian rock scene. Following a series of singles and a debut album, Malvada gained further national appeal, performing live and at festivals.
Signing to Frontiers in 2023, their self-titled album was released in 2025, produced by Brazilian Grammy-winning producer Giu Daga, with tracks in both English and Portuguese.
Malvada recently toured Europe with Michael Schenker, and are set to play again at Rock in Rio in September, along with Bring Me The Horizon, Avenged Sevenfold, Bad Omens and Poppy.
