Samantha Fish and Jesse Dayton release their new single ‘Lover On The Side’, taken fromtheir recent album Death Wish Blues, and ahead of their UK tour together this month.
The fun Fish and Dayton had while recording the album is non-more evident than on the new single. This nimble shuffle derails coyness to declare the details of its illicit storyline via amusing, sensual and precariously dangerous vocal exchanges.
On the UK tour, they will perform songs from Death Wish Blue, alongside popular hits from their own back catalogues. A highly anticipated UK tour as these wild talents will be together onstage, an uncommon and fiery pairing of two bandleader guitar heroes trading lead vocal and guitar duties.
The UK tour kicks off at The Fire Station in Sunderland on 19th October and finishes on 30th October with a sold-out show at London’s legendary 100 Club. Tickets for all concerts are available from Altickets, Gigantic, Ticketmaster, Fish’s website and Dayton’s website – For more information check out RAMzine here.
Fish and Dayton will also be doing an HMV instore signing event that will take place at in Birmingham on Saturday 28th October.
Special guests on the tour are Canadian roots rockers The Commoners, who’ve received heavy airplay on Planet Rock of late.
