Following recent news that they will be special guests on King King’s February 2022 UK Tour, Canadian rock and roll band The Damn Truth has just announced fans can see them live soon via a live stream… To be be held in a church no less.
The event will take place on 9th June this year, at 8pm Eastern (1am UK). Tickets for the livestream are on sale here and they will be performing their critically acclaimed new album Now or Nowhere, that’s available here, and is now also streaming on Spotify.
Regarding their future UK appearances lead singer and guitarist, Lee-la Baum said: “We’re looking forward to touring the UK with King King. We can’t wait to perform tracks from our new album for British audiences.”
Alongside Baum, the band featuring Tom Shemer (guitar), PY Letellier (bass) and Dave Traina (drums), have seen their latest single, ‘This Is Who We Are Now’, take flight in the UK with six weeks of airplay on Planet Rock and a spot play on BBC Radio 2’s Rock Show with Johnnie Walker. The single also won Tracks of the Week on Classic Rock’s Louder Sound.
