’One More Day’ is about learning to trust in the natural progression of life,” said vocalist Rob about the single, “We can’t turn back time here we can only progress and move forward. We always have another day to find the light.”

Piston produce a modern energy over a driving classic rock beat that tips its hat to acts as diverse as The Pretty Things, U2, The Almighty and whatever’s a tasty flavour for today. ’One More Day’ is a sweetly raucous lick and a promise; offering a short trip up to the dance floor to chase the weekday blues away.

Remixed by Romesh Dodangoda (Bring Me The Horizon, Stone Broken, Wille & The Bandits, Bad Touch, Funeral For A Friend), it is likely to follow previous singles releases on rock radio rotation. The single can be ordered as a digital download from iTunes and you can watch the lyric video for it right here at Ramzine.

Live Piston have made festival appearances alongside the like of Blue Oyster Cult and Nazareth, and played guest slots on The Temperance Movement and Sebastian Bach tours, and with their own imminent they declare: “We are all really looking forward to getting back out on the road again, catching up with the fans and playing them a bunch of new songs! It has been almost six years since our last release, and it has been one hell of a journey. We recorded a whole album and scrapped it and re-sculpted our sound. 2019, is the year for Piston!”
