Out now is Suit Of Armour, British rock band Cats In Space’s seventh studio album, via Cherry Red Records on the Esoteric Antenna label. Also out now is the band’s second single from it, ‘White Knight’, along with a brand new video you can check out below.
“‘White Knight’ is a modern day battle cry for anyone who’s ever been knocked down by a cruel world and refused to stay there,” said Cats In Space drummer Steevi Bacon.
“It’s about getting back up and standing tall, never surrendering who you are, and standing by the people you love until your dying breath. It’s a reminder to fight back and possibly leave the world better than you found it. Never bow. Never break. Never let darkness win.”
Suit Of Armour is available on classic black vinyl and CD, and is the first album to feature Chris Childs (Thunder, Tyketto) on bass and Sam Wood (Black Star Riders, Uriah Heep). The full track listing is: ‘Miracle’, ‘We Breathe In Stereo’, ‘White Knight’, ‘Never Big In Japan’, ‘Mister Showbiz’, ‘Suit Of Armour’, ‘Analogue Kid’, ‘The Bloodsucker’s Waltz’, ‘Don’t Spare The Horses’ and ‘Twenty-Seven’. Bonus CD tracks are ‘Cathedral’ and ‘From Time To Time’.
