Jizzy Pearl’s Love/Hate reveal album details

The unmistakable voice of one of the most loved hard rock bands of the early 90’s is returning to the UK in May 2018.

Jizzy Pearl of Love/Hate is back for an upcoming 21 date tour, which will also include 4 special acoustic shows, to mark the release of his highly anticipated new studio album, All You Need is Soul, available from May 11th 2018. The tour opens in Edinburgh on May 2nd and concludes in Bournemouth on May 27th.

From the blistering vocals on album opener ‘you’re gonna miss me when I’m gone,’ to the effortlessly cool album closer, ‘Mr Jimmy,’ Jizzy’s new album is brimming with fresh new music which is easily recognisable yet contemporary in its delivery. Make no mistake, Jizzy has returned and he’s better than ever.

“In my opinion,” Jizzy says, “ this is the best record I’ve made since ‘Blackout in the Red Room.’ It captures all the energy and power of that album with great songs, high energy vocals, with drums courtesy of Dave Moreno (Puddle of Mudd) and amazing guitars from Love/Hate guitarist Darren Housholder.”

Jizzy will be joined on the tour by Stevie R Pearce, the number one hooligan, who says

“ Playing for Jizzy is an honour, and to go and play all his amazing music, old and new, throughout the UK, is a trip ! The new album is amazing so come see a show. This is hooliganism but superpowered with one of the last remaining icons. Not many bands have the ability to tour this extensively.”
