Kilfeather Waiting to Get In

Psych rock outfit Kilfeather released their latest full-length album Island of Forgotten Toys, a while back Riot Records.

They followed that with the furious slabs of garage punk in singles ‘Bummer’ and ‘Nightmares’ and have now dropped ‘Waiting To Get In’ that’s out digitally here.

‘Waiting To Get In’ is a dinge rock tune purportedly about the trials and tribulations within the scenes of a city nightscape.

This steadily paced odyssey has flavours of heavy rock Americana country twang, along with a nostalgic 90s backbeat, and is balanced with the psych garage aftertaste of today.

You can watch the video to it as well as previous single ‘Bummer’ right here at RAMzine.

“I swear, I’ll get you for this, I swear, I’ll get you for what you did,’’ shrieks Kilfeather on ‘Bummer’. This petite garage punk jingle is brought to you by the fleeting rage and confusion that can follow after someone slices through your back with a knife of betrayal… Allegorically speaking, we trust!
