King King Live from Glasgow!

King King will release a full-length live performance on Friday 2nd October to celebrate the upcoming release of their new studio album Maverick.

Recoded at Berkeley Studios in Glasgow with a set list that includes the two recent singles ‘Never Give In’ and ‘I Will Not Fall’ it will be first opportunity for fans to see the band’s new line-up including latest addition Stevie Nimmo.

Maverick will be released on Friday 6th November through Channel 9 Music – King King’s new independent label. The 10-track album, released on CD, vinyl and various bundles, is available for pre-order from here..

The album follows 2017’s critically acclaimed album Exile & Grace and includes the new line-up featuring Alan Nimmo (vocals/guitar), Stevie Nimmo (guitar), Jonny Dyke (organ/piano), Zander Greenshields (bass) and Andrew Scott (drums).

The album was engineered and mixed by Liam McCluskey at Morsecode Studios in Glasgow and produced by him alongside Alan Nimmo and Jonny Dyke. The songs were co-written by the band prior to Stevie Nimmo joining, with all lyrics written by his brother Alan.
