MetalDays is often referred to by RAMzine as “The best metal festival abroad!” due to it historically being located in a beautiful setting beside water. 2023 see’s the festival stay in the Country of Solvenia, stay besides water, however move to the new location that is Vista on Lake Velenje. It will be the ultimate metal holiday this summer for UK festival goers.

If travelling from the UK one of the new glamping options may be preferred to save bringing tents on flights (though we’ve seen many legendary people check in their tents at the airport in previous years!) Or there are various hotels in the local area.
