South of Salem will step in to replace Orgy on two dates of the upcoming SOiL, Finger Eleven and Adema UK tour, following Orgy‘s withdrawal from multiple UK shows.
The South Coast horror rockers will play Rock City in Nottingham on Friday 6 November, then head to Manchester’s O2 Ritz on Saturday 7 November. They are also taking over Orgy‘s slot on shows with Spineshank, including a date alongside Spineshank and Alien Ant Farm.
South of Salem have built a reputation for explosive live shows, dark theatricality and a mix of hard rock, horror imagery and unapologetic attitude. They make a strong homegrown addition to an international bill packed with names from the alternative and nu metal scenes.
It is a shame to lose Orgy from the bill, but you couldn’t ask for a better replacement. South of Salem never phone it in, and we can’t wait to see them bring the theatre to Rock City and the Ritz.
SOiL will tour the UK through October and November, with Breed 77 as special guests in Bradford and Margate.
