Belarus-based Ars Nikonov, also known as Fury Weekend, has joined forces with House Of Serpents, the side project of LeBrock‘s Shaun Phillips. Together the duo have released a lyric video for Fury Weekend‘s new synthwave pop-rock single ‘Misery’.
Ethereally futuristic combining alt rock with synthwave, ‘Misery’ has been described as “a step back into the classic rock era with retro flair.”
The Fury Weekend project was created when Nikonov chose to combine his love of classic rock, electronic music, and ‘80s culture into a forward-thinking music venture. The result is a dystopian synthwave sound that blends bright synth melodies and gritty guitar work into a singular music vision of the future.
Fury Weekend’s background involves ambitious projects ranging from industrial to post-rock. The new single is available here.
